Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our skincare and fragrance formulations, and the standards we uphold for hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

We encourage considered purchasing and are always available to guide you prior to ordering.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, in their original condition, and in all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may resolve the matter with care and priority.
